A straightforward process from the first look at your property through final review.

We review the existing parking layout, pavement markings, surface condition, traffic flow, access, and overall project needs. This gives us a clear picture of what needs to be refreshed before we build the scope.
We define the markings included in the project, work areas, quantities, scheduling requirements, exclusions, and pricing so you know exactly what is included before work begins.
Once approved, we coordinate the work window around property access, vehicles, customers, tenants, weather, and normal operating hours.

Before painting begins, we verify the existing layout and reference points, prepare the areas being marked, stage equipment, and establish the work area.
We refresh the approved pavement markings according to the agreed scope, with attention to consistent lines, layout, stencils, and a clean finished appearance.
Completed markings are reviewed, the finished work is documented, and the work area is returned to normal use when paint and site conditions allow.
